Grieve and Groove offers support so you know you are never alone. However, we know that losing a parent or parental figure brings about significant difficulty in more ways than one. From help with wills to mental health support, here are some other organisations that are there to support you in their own specific form of expertise.

Somone to talk to no matter what
The Samaritans are a free to use services, open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Simply call 166 123 (for free) and someone will pick up and be ready to listen to whatever you need or want to say. Similarly, you can drop them an email (jo@samaritans.org) if you don't feel up to talking. Please note, their response time for an email can be up to 24 hours.
The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM)
Calm say that in the UK around 125 people take their own life each week, and of that 75% are men. Open 5pm - midnight every single day of the year, CALM are available to call on 0800 58 58 58. Alternatively, visit their website to access their webchat service.
For better mental health
Mind are a charity that aim to provide mental health support and information, from legal support to confidental advice through their Infoline (calls charged at your standard rate. They also campaign for mental health awareness and for the improvement of accessible mental health services.
